We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and depending on the circumstance, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
In order to qualify, all returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
Siesta Botanicals cannot accept an exchange of merchandise with more than 10% of the product missing.
Siesta Botanicals does not automatically assume the responsibility of the return shipping cost on any merchandise (defective or otherwise).
Siesta Botanicals will review each return request on its merits and determine the appropriate remedy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed. In the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a standard period of days.
The customer must return their package in the original packaging in which it was provided by Siesta Botanicals in order to complete their exchange successfully. Your receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Siesta Botanicals reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on questionable products upon inspection of merchandise. If the product is not in its original condition, Siesta Botanicals reserves the right to decline the exchange or refund.
If you are a customer outside of the US and order from our website, and it is held by customs, we are not responsible for this order. No refund will be issued. The customer will need to reach out to their customs jurisdiction and see if they can get the order through.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com describing the content of the issue. After receiving a reply, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase confirmation. Please then mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, except in the specific circumstance highlighted below. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please allow at least 14 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
In the exceptional circumstance that the product you purchased is not the product you receive, upon review our company will reimburse you for the return shipping cost and cover the cost to ship the corrected order. We will provide you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
In the instance that product quality is deemed unacceptable, we will request a full description of the issue, proof of purchase, a photograph illustrating the defect, and its original packaging. Upon review, our company will cover the cost to ship the corrected order.
Although we will diligently ensure these issues never occur, mistakes can happen, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve the issue.
